my111 - RM3.50 per sms
my365 - RM1.50 per sms

Note
* There will be NO charges incurred of RM3.50 or RM1.50 in the event that customers do not receive the mobile voucher successfully.
 
* Postpaid mobile users - the charges will appear in customers' bill statement on the following month.
 
* Prepaid mobile users - the charges will automatically be deducted from customers prepaid credit.

Do I need to register with MyStyle in order to use MyStyle mobile voucher?
NO. There is no need to become MyStyle members in order to use the service. Any public with a mobile service with Maxis, DiGi, & Celcom are allowed to use MyStyle mobile vouchers.
 
Why should I register?
Although registration isn't required to get the mobile vouchers, in order to enjoy special benefits, invitation, contest, goodies and to fully explore our site and use some other popular features, you are required to register.
 
Who can use the MyStyle service?
Any customers that has a mobile phone service with Maxis, DiGi, & Celcom in West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

Is MyStyle service applicable to all mobile service providers?

No. Only applicable to ONLY mobile services with Maxis, DiGi, & Celcom.

Is MyStyle service applicable to prepaid mobile users?
Yes. MyStyle service is applicable to both postpaid and prepaid users.

I am using an outdated phone. Can I use the service?

Yes. The service is applicable to all mobile models including 2G, 2.5G, and 3G.

How do I use it?
Go to SMS message box:

Step 1 - Type My111 or My365
Step 2 - Send to 33365
Step 3 - Present mobile voucher to cashier/waiter for verification and redemption.

What should I do when I present my mobile-voucher to the cashier/waiter?
Read him/her your mobile-voucher expiry date and serial number. After which, the cashier will validate your mobile-voucher.

Can I forward the mobile-voucher to other people's mobile phone?

No. Verification by the cashier will be made on the mobile-voucher serial number. Same mobile-voucher with the same serial number cannot be used more than once.

How do I know who are the MyStyle participating merchants and the discounts?
You can observe the Mystyle stickers at merchant doorstep/glass door. Or log on into www.mystyle.com.my for more info.

How long will my mobile phone receive the mobile-voucher?

Technically in less than 30 seconds. However, the duration may vary depending on the traffic.

What is My111?
A significant discount mobile-voucher that is offered Once A Year to One Unique Mobile Number. Applicable to each MyStyle merchants.

What is My365?
The fabulous discounts mobile-voucher that is offered 365 days and can be used unlimited times throughout the year. Applicable to all MyStyle merchants.

What will happen if I download My111 of the same merchant more than once in less than 1 year?
Our system will reject the download request. And inform you with the message to continue download My365 for the said merchant.

What is the download charge for My111?
It is RM3.50. The charges will appear in your respective service provider's bill on the following month.

What is the download charge for My365?

It is RM1.50. The charges will appear in your respective service provider's bill on the following month.

Will I be charged RM3.50 or RM1.50 if I do not receive the mobile voucher?

No. The above charges will not be incurred if you do not receive the mobile voucher respectively.

Can I download My365 more than once of the same merchant on the same day?
Yes. There is no limit of times in any given day.

Is there an expiry of the mobile vouchers?
Yes. 7 calendar days from the day of download.

What should I do if the mobile-voucher is expired?
Download the new mobile-voucher again.

Will the services be charged should I send in the wrong info or typo error?
Yes. 30 cents will be charged for replying the error SMS.

Can I use the same mobile-voucher for the next redemption?

No. One mobile-voucher is applicable to ONLY one (1) redemption.

What do I need to do if I wish to redeem the discounts more than once?
Download another mobile-voucher again. As the steps mentioned above.

Can I use the My111 and My365 mobile-vouchers at the same time or for the same bill?

No. One (1) mobile voucher is applicable to One (1) receipt only.

Some of the merchants offer Buy-1-Free-1 for My111 mobile-voucher, can I buy the more than 1 product and get free more than 1 products?
It varies from merchants to merchants promotion terms and conditions. Some merchants do offer unlimited Buy-1-Free1. For example, you can Buy 2 and Free 2, Buy 3 and Free 3, and so on. However, we advise customer to check with www.mystyle.com.my OR the merchant supervisors before you make the purchase.

What if the merchant's promotion products run out of stocks?
Merchant reserves the right to offer the promo products while stocks last, or may replace with other products with the similar value.

When I type the SMS request for MyStyle mobile voucher, is it case sensitive?
No. Its in NOT case sensitive. You can type in all caps or lower caps or mixed.

KFC JOM JIMAT CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
The following Terms and Conditions apply for KFC JOM JIMAT CONTEST (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) and shall be binding on all persons (“Contestant”) entering into this Contest. Entry and participation in this Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by a Contestant of all terms and conditions. 

These terms and conditions can be collected at all KFC outlets and can be downloaded from www.kfc.com.my.

2. ORGANISER
The Organiser is KFC Holdings ( Malaysia) Bhd. and the operator of the contest is powered/service provided by Centurise Tech Sdn. Bhd (MyStyle).  

3. DURATION
Contesting will occur between 17th July 2009 – 20th August 2009 (both dates inclusive) unless notified otherwise.

The Organiser reserves the right to extend the Contest period at its own discretion. 
 
 
4. ELIGIBILITY
Entry is available to all Malaysian residents aged 12 years and above. In the event that the participant is under the age of 12 years their parent/guardian may at the absolute discretion of the Organizer be required to sign an indemnity in the form required by the Organiser as a precondition to their child’s entitlement to the prize(s). 

Employees and the immediate families of the Organiser, KFC Holdings ( Malaysia) Bhd. Centurise Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates are ineligible to enter. Employees and the immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.  
 
5. METHOD OF ENTRY
For every entry, it has to be submitted with a proof of purchase of any Jom Jimat set. 

To enter;
Enter the contest by typing in “mystyle <>KFCJJ <>3-digit code on receipt<>date<> KFC outlet " and send to 33365. 

Incomplete or illegible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Organiser includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Organiser. 

The contestant acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a winner in the event that the Organiser learns of his/her ineligibility after awarding the prize to him/her. In such event, the Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the prize(s) or payment of its value from the ineligible person/parent/guardian. 

Should an entrant’s contract details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Organiser. 

Each SMS is charged at RM0.50 HOWEVER standard telco charges apply. To enter, entrants will need an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider that permits text messaging to the above mentioned premium SMS number. It is recommended that entrants check with their individual service provider in this regard.
 
6. CONTEST MECHANICS
(a) SMS by typing in “mystyle <>KFCJJ <>3-digit code on receipt<> date<>KFC outlet ” to 33365.
(b) Every 100th sms through will receives a sms to answer a question given by typing True or False (T or F).

(c) Contestants with the right answer will win RM100 KFC Cash Voucher.

(d) Contestants who are not chosen will also receive a complimentary KFC mobile voucher.

(e) The top 4 highest entries receive during the contest period will walk away with a Nokia e71 each.  
 
7. PRIZE(s)
(1) Five hundred (500) eligible contestants stand to win RM100 KFC Cash Voucher, for every 100th sms through.

(2) Four (4) eligible contestants stand to win Nokia e71, for the highest entries during the contest period.

(3) Complimentary Voucher; Free 1(R) potato wedges with every purchase of RM10 in a single receipt.
 
 8. WINNERS ANNOUCEMENTS
All winners’ announcements for KFC Holdings ( Malaysia) Bhd. Contests are up-loaded to KFC Malaysia website www.kfc.com.my. Winners will also receive a phone call from KFC Malaysia for notification details to verify the winner’s name, NRIC and address for the prizes to be couriered to the winners. KFC Holdings ( Malaysia) Bhd. does NOT require any bank account numbers and other details. If you have any queries, please check KFC Malaysia website to ensure that you are indeed a KFC Malaysia contest winner. 

9. PRIZES CLAIMS
All cash vouchers will be couriered to all winners. Phone prizes must be collected within one (1) month from the date of notification (“Collection Period”). Winners are solely responsible for the collection of their Prize, and the Organiser shall not be obliged to give notice of the Prize collection date line. Prizes which have not been claimed within the Collection Period shall be forfeited by the Organiser and the Organiser, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the Winner in any respect whatsoever. 

Prizes must be claimed in person unless the Organiser advises otherwise. Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include identification card/drivers licence/passport which displays a photograph of the Winner). Where the Organiser elects to post a Prize to a Winner no responsibility will be accepted by the Organiser for the safe and effective postal delivery of the Prize. 

In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of the Organiser, a Winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a Prize. The representative will be required to present written authorization from the Winner and identification which includes a photograph for both the Winner and their representative. 

In the event that a Winner chooses not to accept a Prize, they will have to sign a “Letter of Forfeiture” provided by the Organiser and forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organiser. No prize replacement claim will be entertained. 

Transfer and utilization of Prizes
Prizes are non transferable, and where applicable, must be used on the dates specified and may not be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. 

All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any Prize to the extent permitted by law. If a specified Prize becomes unavailable, the Organiser may substitute a replacement Prize at its absolute discretion.  
 
10. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Prizes unclaimed after a period of one (1) month will be forfeited.  
 
11. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Organiser against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.  
 
12. LINE DROP OUT AND INABILITY TO CONTACT Short Messaging Service (SMS) Contest
The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending an SMS as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the participating mobile phone operators and/or by the Organiser and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, the Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time. 

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control. 

In the event where the Contest requires SMS registration, the Organiser shall have the right to call/nominate next best Contestant/Winner if the Organiser is unable to reach the current/existing Contestant/Winner. If a Contestant is suspected of cheating or manipulating the system which may affect the results of the Contest, the Organiser may in its absolute discretion terminate the Contest immediately. 

 
13. DECISIONS FINAL
All matters or decisions relating to this Contest, Prize and these terms and conditions shall be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained. 

14. GENERAL
The Contestant is obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety standards and the general appropriateness of activities undertaken during the Contest and acknowledges that all activities are undertaken at its own risk. 

The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the Contestant’s place on the Contest or the Prize (without liability or compensation) if, in its opinion, the Contestant may expose the Contestant’s self or others to risk of illness or injury or to the cancellation, disruption, or curtailment of the Contest. 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
 
Except as specifically set out herein, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are excluded. For the avoidance of doubt, no information of any nature about the Contest or the Prize or any of these Rules should be relied upon unless confirmed in writing by the Organiser. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or part of the Rules does not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Rules.
