Kuala Lumpur, 21 May 2009 – In conjunction with the Miss Selangor Tourism Queen of the year 2009 pageant at Sheraton Subang Hotel & Towers,  MyStyle is supporting the Beauty for Education Charity Show with a sense of charity which was organized by the Yayasan Wanita Cemerlang, and is founded by Minister of Tourism, YB Dato’ Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen and Datin Rosalind Lee.

 

The main highlight for the event was the launching of the Beauty for Education Charity Show, by Minister of Tourism, YB Dato’ Sri Dr. Ng Yen Yen. All the fund will be donated to the Montfort Boys’ Town, Montfort Girls’ Centre, The National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) and Ti-Ratana Welfare Society.

Petaling Jaya, 17 January 2009 – MyStyle grooved their excited guests into a complete new year with its recent event that was held at the Sushigroove restaurant, 1 Utama Shopping Complex. The fun filled event which brought joy and laughter to the crowd,  and grooved up their lifestyles with all the activities that was planned for the event.

 

This urban chic event with its theme, “MyStyle Groovy Day Out” was sponsored by SUSHIGROOVE, NOSE, G2000, T-Joue, edc, Makeupyourmind and Golden Screen Cinemas. All head turned when electrifying music hits the background featuring young, beautiful and handsome models as they parade the catwalk showcasing the latest fashion wear by G2000 and T-Joue. Glaring flashes from cameras can be seen as many anxious onlookers and photographers was snapping pictures non-stop at these hot models and one definitely cannot miss the casual and trendy NOSE footwear of which they are wearing.

 

Cheers and claps can be heard as the main highlight of the event came into picture, which is the launch of the highly anticipated MyStyle booklet  4th edition, by the Group  Strategist of Centurise Group, Ms. Mi-Ki Choong, an entrepreneur, fashionista, creator &  presenter of LifeInStyle and judge of StarCeleb; together with other celebrities who added glamour to the event; Miss Malaysia Universe 2008 and former StarCeleb Top 10 finalist, Levy Li Su Lin, former Miss Malaysia World 2007, Debra Henry and Daniel Tan who is a former StarCeleb reality show host, model, actor,  and also a brand ambassador. A giant MyStyle booklet was all signed and presented to the Chief Marketing Officer of Revenue Valley Sdn. Bhd. which owns Sushigroove, Manhattan Fish Market and Tony Roma’s, Mr. Jason Lim.

 

On the floor, the beauty-conscious crowd explored new facial makeup techniques with a Makeup makeover show by Makeupyourmind Academy, a professional trend setting makeup academy took the opportunity and electrified the crowd with the latest makeup techniques which appeal to all walks of life.

   

Sushigroove added groovy and fun-filled challenges to all sushi lovers, as the participants can put their tongue to the ultimate test of flaming hot wasabi in the “Spicy Wasabi Eating Competition” or be enchanted in the “Most Creative Sushi Making Competition” The winners of these competitions won a free sushi meal for up to one (1) year and voucher of RM100.  In addition, MyStyle also gave away the one (1) year free mobile vouchers to the winner of ‘Guess the Quantity of MyStyle booklet in the Treasure Box’ and  red wine of 1996 to the 2 winners of best dress contest in conjunction of the theme - ‘Groovy Green’.
