Do I need to register with MyStyle in order to use MyStyle mobile voucher?
NO. There is no need to become MyStyle members in order to use the service. Any public with a mobile service with Maxis, DiGi, & Celcom are allowed to use MyStyle mobile vouchers.
 
Why should I register?
Although registration isn't required to get the mobile vouchers, in order to enjoy special benefits, invitation, contest, goodies and to fully explore our site and use some other popular features, you are required to register.
 
Who can use the MyStyle service?
Any customers that has a mobile phone service with Maxis, DiGi, & Celcom in West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

Is MyStyle service applicable to all mobile service providers?

No. Only applicable to ONLY mobile services with Maxis, DiGi, & Celcom.

Is MyStyle service applicable to prepaid mobile users?
Yes. MyStyle service is applicable to both postpaid and prepaid users.

I am using an outdated phone. Can I use the service?

Yes. The service is applicable to all mobile models including 2G, 2.5G, and 3G.

How do I use it?
Go to SMS message box:

Step 1 - Type My111 or My365
Step 2 - Send to 33365
Step 3 - Present mobile voucher to cashier/waiter for verification and redemption.

What should I do when I present my mobile-voucher to the cashier/waiter?
Read him/her your mobile-voucher expiry date and serial number. After which, the cashier will validate your mobile-voucher.

Can I forward the mobile-voucher to other people's mobile phone?

No. Verification by the cashier will be made on the mobile-voucher serial number. Same mobile-voucher with the same serial number cannot be used more than once.

How do I know who are the MyStyle participating merchants and the discounts?
You can observe the Mystyle stickers at merchant doorstep/glass door. Or log on into www.mystyle.com.my for more info.

How long will my mobile phone receive the mobile-voucher?

Technically in less than 30 seconds. However, the duration may vary depending on the traffic.

What is My111?
A significant discount mobile-voucher that is offered Once A Year to One Unique Mobile Number. Applicable to each MyStyle merchants.

What is My365?
The fabulous discounts mobile-voucher that is offered 365 days and can be used unlimited times throughout the year. Applicable to all MyStyle merchants.

What will happen if I download My111 of the same merchant more than once in less than 1 year?
Our system will reject the download request. And inform you with the message to continue download My365 for the said merchant.

What is the download charge for My111?
It is RM3.50. The charges will appear in your respective service provider's bill on the following month.

What is the download charge for My365?

It is RM1.50. The charges will appear in your respective service provider's bill on the following month.

Will I be charged RM3.50 or RM1.50 if I do not receive the mobile voucher?

No. The above charges will not be incurred if you do not receive the mobile voucher respectively.

Can I download My365 more than once of the same merchant on the same day?
Yes. There is no limit of times in any given day.

Is there an expiry of the mobile vouchers?
Yes. 7 calendar days from the day of download.

What should I do if the mobile-voucher is expired?
Download the new mobile-voucher again.

Will the services be charged should I send in the wrong info or typo error?
Yes. 30 cents will be charged for replying the error SMS.

Can I use the same mobile-voucher for the next redemption?

No. One mobile-voucher is applicable to ONLY one (1) redemption.

What do I need to do if I wish to redeem the discounts more than once?
Download another mobile-voucher again. As the steps mentioned above.

Can I use the My111 and My365 mobile-vouchers at the same time or for the same bill?

No. One (1) mobile voucher is applicable to One (1) receipt only.

Some of the merchants offer Buy-1-Free-1 for My111 mobile-voucher, can I buy the more than 1 product and get free more than 1 products?
It varies from merchants to merchants promotion terms and conditions. Some merchants do offer unlimited Buy-1-Free1. For example, you can Buy 2 and Free 2, Buy 3 and Free 3, and so on. However, we advise customer to check with www.mystyle.com.my OR the merchant supervisors before you make the purchase.

What if the merchant's promotion products run out of stocks?
Merchant reserves the right to offer the promo products while stocks last, or may replace with other products with the similar value.

When I type the SMS request for MyStyle mobile voucher, is it case sensitive?
No. Its in NOT case sensitive. You can type in all caps or lower caps or mixed.
